E-Application Form

This is mandatory for all interested applicants seeking to purchase an Executive Condominium in Singapore. It is also a required procedure set by the developer to evaluate the potential buyer's eligibility.

*No fee & penalty will be imposed should the applicants decided not to purchase a unit.

An e-Application doesn't constitute to a confirmed purchase. Final approval will be subjected to Housing Development Board. (HDB)

Upon successful submission of e-Application, our Developer Sales Representative will contact you via phone call, message or email. Applicants will receive the latest and updated project information (Price list, eBrochure, Floor plan, Showflat appointment & etc..) and will also be entitled to Pre-Launch VVIPs Early Bird Discounts & Priority Unit Selection on Booking Day.
